Globe Landline users to enjoy P0.15 per second IDD Sakto Calls to 15 destinations

Globe, a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, has extended its P0.15 per second IDD rate promo to all Globe Landline users, thereby, providing families of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) with another low cost alternative in getting in touch with their loved ones abroad.

The Globe Landline IDD Sakto Calls gives discounted per second charging for calls to USA, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, China, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Kuwait, and Equatorial Guinea. Calls to the rest of the world are charged on a per minute basis at the regular rate of $0.40 per minute or around P18 per minute.

D-Link launches 3G-enabled PTZ internet cameras featuring 10x optical zoom

D-Link, the end-to-end computer networking solutions provider for consumers and businesses, introduced the D-Link SecuriCam DCS-5605/DCS-5635 Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Network Surveillance Camera, a professional IP Surveillance solution which connects to a network for high-quality live video over the Internet.

Both cameras also feature support for 3GPP Mobile Surveillance, allowing users to view live video feed on the go from a compatible Internet-ready mobile phone or PDA with a 3GPP player installed. The DCS-5605 is Ethernet-enabled, while the DCS-5635 offers both Ethernet and 802.11n wireless interfaces.
