Canon Marketing Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) said its PIXMA inkjet dominated the inkjet printer category with a 35% overall market share from January to June 2011.
According to research firm International Data Corporation (IDC), Canon PIXMA led the single function printer category with a 43% market share, and got 28% share in the multifunction inkjet printer segment, making PIXMA the country’s number one printer brand for the first half of 2011.

Research In Motion (RIM) announced BlackBerry® Management Center – a free online service for small businesses to centrally manage company- or employee-owned BlackBerry® smartphones in the cloud and protect business-related content stored on the handsets. The service is designed for businesses with up to 100 BlackBerry smartphones that access email services from an Internet service provider (ISP) or web-based email services like Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo!.
