High-value customer care provider StarTek was awarded the silver medal for Best Sales Agent in the Americas at the recently concluded World Contact Center Awards held during their Conference for the Americas in Orlando, Florida. Out of thousands of nominations presented, StarTek had two finalists from its Lynchburg hub.
“Through the years, we have learned what agent skills and traits reap good sales results,” said Mary Beth Loesch, StarTek senior vice president of business development. “The agents competed on the highest level and came out winners. We believe it is indicative of the quality of sales solutions we have developed.”
