APC by Schneider Electric, a global leader in integrated critical power and cooling services, recently announced that it is the recipient of the 2009 Frost & Sullivan South East Asia Industrial Technologies Award for its Market Share Leadership in the South East Asia UPS Markets. This includes both single- and three-phase UPS.

“APC by Schneider has emerged as the clear market leader in the South East Asia UPS market because of a combination of factors like a wide range of product offerings, the ability to package complete power & cooling solutions, strategic marketing initiatives, and customer centric sales infrastructure,” says Srivatsan MR, Program Manager, Asia Pacific Energy & Power Systems Practice, Frost & Sullivan. “The successful integration of the popular single phase business of the erstwhile APC with the three phase and industrial solutions of the former MGE, has given the organization a unique competitive advantage and unrivalled access to channels and customers, placing them in the number one position.

“The award means a great deal to all of us at APC by Schneider Electric, and this is an affirmation that we are on the right track with our relentless focus on helping our customers make the most of their energy. All of us have worked tirelessly to advocate efficient power and cooling solutions. We help our valued customers achieve more while using less of our common planet by making energy safer, more reliable, more efficient, more productive and greener,” says Khoo Teng Seen, Vice President, ASEAN, APC by Schneider Electric.
