Cognizant, a leading provider of consulting, technology, and business process outsourcing services, announced the expansion of its recently opened global delivery center in Manila, Philippines, to meet the needs of its global clients. Cognizant, which currently has about 200 professionals in Manila, has taken up additional space that can accommodate about 600 professionals.
The Manila center, which currently provides high-end operational and contact center business process services to global clients—including one of the world’s largest communications companies and a leading global financial services institution—will continue to leverage the rich talent pool available in the region and scale up to provide a range of other services, including IT Infrastructure Services, to Cognizant’s clients around the globe.
Like all of Cognizant’s delivery centers, the Manila center leverages Cognizant 2.0, a Web 2.0-based platform that enables Cognizant associates worldwide to virtually collaborate and deliver significant time-to-market, cost and transformational value to clients.
