Healthway Medical opens its 7th branch in Greenbelt5

Healthway Medical launched its 7th branch in Greenbelt5 in response to their customers’ demand for a Healthway. This is Healthway’s biggest expansion program to date which will enable it to better reach their corporate clients.

Healthway Greenbelt5 offers greater convenience to its customers who live and work in Makati as it provides a more spacious waiting area and executive lounge, both with flat-screen television sets and Wi-Fi accessibility as well as a dental clinic with intra-oral camera equipment. Healthway Greenbelt5 offers a range of minimally invasive surgeries such as cataract, endoscopic, and arthroscopic surgeries. Other services on offer in the clinic are primary and specialty services, laboratory and diagnostics services, derma (IDP/Facial), dental, imaging services, pharmacy, annual physical and pre-employment examinations, psychiatry, plastic and general surgery and HealthCheq (executive check-ups) that is complemented with an overnight stay in a destination spa in Tagaytay.

The “Hate Waits” campaign is Healthway’s innovative approach to show how much they value their clients’ time. Customers can leave their name and mobile number at the front desk, and Healthway will just text the customer if it’s already his or her turn. WOW HWAY (0920-WOW-HWAY) on the other hand, is a campaign which encourages all Healthway clients to give their feedback through text on how happy they are with Healthway’s services and how the company can further improve for its customers’ beneficial. The Live Chat is Healthway’s online service that allows clients to personally ask their queries and get instant response from their friendly Healthway customer-service representative.  Lastly, Healthway’s mobile application enables customers to readily access information about Healthway’s branches, contact numbers, doctors’ schedules, services, and ongoing promos. “We at Healthway always see to it that we keep up with the demands of our customers,” says Joven Alcala, Healthway marketing manager. “Our valued clients can rest assured that in every campaign, promo or service that we give to them, our brand of care is always attached, that is, ‘Alagang Healthway’.“ he added.

Healthway also launched service innovations such as personalized Healthway card, home and/or office service, and medical results online. The personalized Healthway card is a posh medical membership card which can contain various discounts that best suit a customer’s needs. The  home and/or office service allows customers, corporate account members, private patients and insurance clients to save time as Healthway bring their services right in their clients’ home or at their office. The medical results online lets Healthway corporate and individual clients to access almost all of its medical results via internet.
