10 Jan

Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions has been engaged by water and wastewater services provider Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) to conduct a detailed assessment of the water company’s current SAP business processes.

The SAP Business Study Assessment will evaluate Maynilad’s existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to allow the company to optimize its existing processes.

“Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions is committed to enabling Maynilad to take their business to the next level in terms of operational efficiency and customer service,” said Jan Biezepol, managing director of Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions.

According to Maynilad chief information officer and Information Technology Services (ITS) head Francisco Castillo, “This study will lay the groundwork for what we’re going to do in the next two to three years. Not only will this improve the way we do our business, but also how we deliver services to our customers,” Castillo said.

Castillo added that Maynilad expects Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions’ excellent support for their company’s rapidly emerging capabilities. “We turned to Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions for its strong pool of resources and proven capability to deliver SAP solutions. We are confident that ours will be a strong partnership.”

A trusted SAP solutions provider worldwide, Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions partners with its customers to design, build, operate and support business solutions from offshore development centers through North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
