Lenovo unveils latest line of All-in-One Desktops for Digital Home Enthusiasts

Lenovo today announced the latest addition to its family of all-in-one (AIO) desktop personal computers (PCs) for consumers. The latest Lenovo C Series desktops combine affordability, space-saving, energy-efficiency, multimedia features and family-friendly features in an AIO design.

Leading global market research company Gfk Asia’s retail audit showed that in the first half of 2011, 44,000 units of AIOs were sold in Southeast Asia, reflecting a 10 percent volume growth over the same period in 2010 and 100 percent volume growth when compared to 2009.

Vicky Agorrilla, Country General Manager, Lenovo Philippines said: “The AIO market will continue to fuel the growth of the evolving desktop market. We are expanding our consumer AIO portfolio to give consumers the style they want and the performance they need in an affordable package.”

Lenovo C Series: Reshaping the Affordable Home Computer
The compact all-in-one design of the Lenovo C Series desktops is perfect for consumers who have cramped spaces in their homes. The Lenovo C Series combines a sleek, uncluttered design with a range of entertainment options all at an affordable price.

The family will surely enjoy a cinematic movie viewing experience with the Lenovo C Series with its 16:9 widescreen display and immersive surround sound with SRS Premium Sound audio enhancement and high-definition audio-visual output with HDMI feature. The C Series also has integrated stereo speakers, audio-in port to play music from an MP3 player without the need to switch on the computer as well as an integrated TV tuner.

The C Series also boasts neat family-features like Lenovo’s Eye-Distance System and Dynamic Brightness System that alert users when they’re too close to the desktop screen, and automatically adjust brightness to the ambient light conditions in the room respectively.

The Lenovo C Series also takes the user’s webcam experience to a whole new level with features like the YouCam, an advanced webcam software for facial tracking and image effects, and a Lenovo Camera Fun Zone where users can see themselves on screen and move their hands to interact with fun games.

Additionally the latest AIOs from Lenovo is equipped with the Lenovo Rescue System which makes data backup and recovery simple so users can spend more time being productive.

Lenovo C320 and C325: Family Entertainment at Best
The Lenovo C320 and C325 AIOs help celebrate entertainment in the family with their large 20-inch LED-backlit display with optional multitouch touchscreen support. Users can watch DVDs using the AIO’s DVD player/optional burner or stream movies through the WiFi connection. For an even bigger screen experience to watch video, consumers can hook up a HDTV or monitor via the PC’s HDMI port.

The Lenovo C320 and C325 can be powered by up to second generation Intel Core i3 processors with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 or AMD E450 processors with genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium. Options include AMD Radeon™ HD 6320 along with up to 8GB DDR3 memory and up to 1TB HDD storage. Additionally, both C320 and C325 also have optional USB 3.0 and expansion capabilities for future upgrades, and are equipped with Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology for multitasking.

Lenovo C220: AIO that Offers a Lot for Less
The space-saving 18.5” Lenovo C220 offers energy-efficient processing with either up to Intel® Atom™ dual core processor or AMD E450 processor and genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium. It features AMD Radeon™ graphics that fuel a crystal-clear video experience. It also comes with basic multimedia features like integrated stereo speakers supporting SRS® Premium Sound, preloaded games and an optional TV tuner.

The Lenovo C220 includes up to 4GB DDR3 memory and up to 500GB HDD storage for enhanced multitasking and performance. Furthermore, the Lenovo C220 also comes with USB 2.0, USB 3.0 connectors and 6-in-1 card reader that support SDXC format.

Sporting a durable and full metal stand, the C220 features Lenovo’s acclaimed ergonomically designed AccuType keyboard that makes typing more comfortable and more accurate than ever.

The Lenovo C320 will be available by end January from PhP26,995 while the Lenovo C325 will be available beginning in February from PhP22,900.
