Power Mac Center (PMC), a chain of the most reliable retail shops and service providers of Apple products and premium accessories in the country, won an Anvil for its customer relationship program dubbed “Arcadium” at the recently concluded Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP)’s 47th Anvil Awards.

Entered in partnership with PMC’s communication partner, CID, Inc., the Arcadium App Arcade Tournament won under the Public Relations Program Directed at Specific Stakeholder category of the prestigious annual competition that recognized outstanding public relations programs implemented in the Philippines in the previous year.

Said Power Mac Center Marketing Manager Joey Alvarez, “Customer programs like Arcadium have been an integral part of making Power Mac Center a favorite destination for Filipinos not just to purchase, but also to learn and have fun with their favorite Apple products.”

The first of its kind, Arcadium successfully leveraged Filipinos’ innate love for friendly competition and computer games thereby strengthening Power Mac Center’s relationship with customers as well as develop bonds with new ones. It also successfully positioned PMC’s stores as both a tech hub and a fun lifestyle destination. All these help boost Power Mac Center’s position as the country’s Apple reseller of choice.
