Lenovo continues to expand its retail presence with the opening of two new Lenovo Exclusive Stores (LES) in SM Bacoor and SM Bacolod. This increases the number of LES in the Philippines to 16, reaching a much larger customer base in high-traffic business areas and residential districts.
Vicky Agorrilla, Country General Manager, Lenovo Philippines, said: “Bacolod and Cavite Cities are keys to Lenovo’s success in the country because of their strategic location. These locations allow us to reach more customers and expand the company’s visibility in non-metro areas where PC penetration remains largely untapped. Our experience has shown that user purchase factors include variables such as price, functionality and critically location.”
By opening up retail stores in an SM mall, Lenovo taps a much wider market like businesses, multimedia enthusiasts, home and school users.
The Lenovo Exclusive Stores in SM Bacolod and SM Bacoor will be operated by Lenovo’s retail partners, BCG and Asianic respectively. All LES are home to Lenovo’s growing Idea and Think product lines and enable customers to experience the brand at point-of-purchase. Both branches will provide full IT support such as PC diagnosis, parts replacement, and repair services for all Lenovo customers.
Lenovo believes that Filipinos are able to do more with its wide portfolio of DO machines by making it more available and accessible. The company continues to evaluate more locations to increase brand presence.
