Dubbed by a local food magazine as the restaurant to get the best pancakes in the metro, Pancake House is surging ahead with its aggressive expansion meant to reach out to its loyal diners and more customers.
According to Pancake House Group President Martin Lorenzo, the current environment is a great time for innovation in the casual dining industry. “The growing interests in the culinary profession and introduction of cooking-related TV shows have considerably increased the ‘Food IQ’ of the average consumer. Guests are more willing to step out of their comfort zones and try new dishes, while being more conscious of the ingredients and preparation styles going into their food – meaning there is more demand for higher quality and healthier ingredients. Pancake House is responding to this trend by introducing a range of exciting new dishes, while at the same time aggressively opening new outlets to reach out to more diners,” he said.
With this, Pancake House has opened 2 new outlets recently, as proof of the strong leadership of the brand in the casual dining segment. The first one is located at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center which is another Pancake House outlet in the city of San Juan. It is located at Cardinal Santos Medical Center, G/F Multi-Level Steel Carpark Area, 10 Wilson St., Greenhills West, San Juan.
