Epson Philippines Corporation (EPC) recently held a series of events to honor the company’s top trade partners in the country. The ‘kick-offs’ were held in Crimson Resort & Spa in Cebu, Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati, and EDSA Shangri-La Hotel in Pasig City.
The events highlighted Epson’s commitment toward its partners, as exemplified by Epson’s consistent support to their businesses, regular updates about the latest digital imaging technology innovations, and product showcases.
The events also served as a platform in providing a roadmap of the leading digital imaging company’s directions, including the announcement of a new integrated brand message — “Engineered for Business” — that will be used across Epson’s business divisions. “The new brand message complements Epson’s brand tagline “Exceed your Vision” and reflects our company’s expanding focus on the business market segment as part of our mid-term strategy. The word “Engineered” was also chosen to reflect Epson’s roots as a Japanese engineering company with precision at the heart of all we do”, explained EPC General Manager Donna Ferro.
EPC’s new Country Manager, Toshimitsu Tanaka, commended the contribution of the company’s trade partners who continued to deliver above-par performance despite the challenges last year. “I am deeply heartened by the commitment of our business partners, upon hearing the important roles they play. Our goal is to share new ways to cultivate and sustain a high-performance culture by integrating the learnings of past years. We look forward to a better FY2012 with our partners, as we pursue the benefits of a better economic growth forecast for the Philippines and an expected rise in demand for business,” said Tanaka.
