Smart opens new retail hubs across the country

(Smart) recently inaugurated several service channels in different parts of the country.

New Smart Stores were opened in Binondo, Manila; Sucat, Parañaque; Tagbilaran, Bohol; Tacloban, Leyte; and Ozamiz, Misamis Occidental.

There are now about 100 Smart Stores nationwide where subscribers can try out the latest mobile devices, make inquiries, and learn what’s new with Smart. The centers are also open to non-Smart subscribers who wish to inquire about the company’s text, voice, and Internet services.

Meanwhile, Accredited Sales Centers (ASCs)– service channels operated by Smart’s distributor partners – were launched in the following areas: Tondo, Manila; Rosario and Tanauan in Batangas; Pinamalayan, Mindoro; Odiongan, Romblon; Masbate City; Cotabato City; Laoag, Ilocos Norte; Alaminos City and Tayug, Pangasinan; Silang, Cavite; Tagaytay City; Puerto Princesa, Palawan; Kabankalan, Negros Occidental; and Boracay, Malay, Aklan

In addition to Smart Stores and ASCs, we also have various self-service channels accessible via mobile and the Internet,” said Smart Sales and Customer Service head Perry Bayani.

“In cooperation with Smart’s distributor partners, we will open more Accredited Sales Centers this year to expand our service reach and allow subscribers to make Smart transactions more conveniently. In doing so, we hope to give them more time to attend to the things that matter most to them,” said Smart Sales and Distribution Head Florante T. Jimenez.
