Windows 8 celebrates 88th day, avail of discount offers to end on January 31

With 60 million sold out licenses since its launch in October 2012, Windows 8 is still available under discount offers until January 31, 2013 to continue delight more consumers of the fast, fluid and no-compromise computing experience specifically designed to complement the lives of today’s consumers. Starting February 1, upgrade editions of Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro will be offered for $119.99 (roughly Php8,900.00).

The Windows 8 discount offers are valid until January 31, 2013:

  • Customers who purchased a Windows 7, Vista or XP PC before June 1, 2012 can upgrade to Windows 8 Pro for $14.99 (around Php645.00 only).
  • Customers who purchased a Windows 7 PC between June 2, 2012 to January 31, 2013 are entitled to upgrade for only $39.99 (around Php 1,700 only) by visiting www.windowsupgradeoffer.com.
  • Upgrade through the packaged DVD version which is available at major retail stores and malls for only $69.99 (around PHP3,500 only).

Finally, MMDA app is also available fromWindows Store for up-to-date traffic information.
